I started Super In Tech in 2011 with one belief: technology should free business owners, not trap them. For the first decade, we built websites and ran campaigns. Good work. But our clients kept coming back with the same problem — systems that didn't talk to each other, leads falling through the cracks, teams operating without structure.

In 2019, I decided to solve it properly. We built Command PMS for our own operations. In 2021, we restructured around GoHighLevel for everything customer-facing. And then something unexpected happened — our own revenue went from ₹5L to ₹16L in a year without adding a single client-facing salesperson.

That's when I realised we had something worth sharing. Not just a service — a system. The same one we run on, now available to every business willing to invest in proper infrastructure.

Swapnil brings a positive, energy-first approach to building Super In Tech. As co-founder, he's focused on the operational backbone of the company — making sure our internal systems, delivery workflows, and team processes run as efficiently as the automation we build for clients.

With a deep interest in health, fitness, and disciplined routines, Swapnil applies the same rigour to business operations. He believes that a well-structured team delivers consistently — and that consistency is what separates good agencies from great ones.
