What it's like at Super In Tech.

We're a small, focused team. No corporate layers. No performance theatre. The work we do for clients is the same work we run our own business on — so when you build something here, you see it working in the real world immediately.

We're not looking for people who want a comfortable job. We're looking for people who get frustrated when systems are broken and feel compelled to fix them. People who read about a new automation tool on a weekend and try it before Monday.

The team is based in Mohali, Punjab. We have a well-equipped office and a culture of working focused hours and then switching off. We do not expect or celebrate 12-hour days.

Growth here is real and fast. Our team members have gone from junior roles to owning entire client relationships and product lines in under 18 months. There's no artificial ceiling.

GoHighLevel, Notion, automation tools — you'll learn systems that transfer to any role. This isn't throwaway experience.
Flexible hours
Core hours 10am–5pm IST. Outside that, work when you work best. We measure output, not presence.
Remote options
Several roles support hybrid or remote arrangements. See individual job descriptions for location flexibility.
Direct access to the founder
Small team means no bureaucracy. You'll work directly with Vijayinder Singh (VJ) and have real visibility into how the business runs.

Full-Stack Developer

We're building automation tools, client dashboards, and internal systems on Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. You'll work on Command PMS (our in-house project management system) and client-facing integrations with platforms like GoHighLevel, Razorpay, WhatsApp Business API, and various third-party APIs. You should be comfortable with TypeScript, REST APIs, and have strong opinions about clean, maintainable code.

GHL Automation Specialist

You will be the person who makes automation real for our clients. You will own GoHighLevel sub-account setup, workflow automation design, CRM pipeline configuration, funnel builds, and ongoing optimisation. You need to have hands-on GHL experience — not just familiarity. Bonus: experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n for custom integrations.

Business Development Executive

You'll be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound leads — qualifying prospects, running discovery calls, preparing proposals, and moving deals through the pipeline. You don't need a technical background, but you need to genuinely understand business operations and be able to articulate the value of automation clearly. Comfort with CRM tools and structured sales processes is a must.

Content Marketing Manager

This means writing long-form blog posts and case studies that rank and convert, building our SEO content calendar, and creating educational content about business automation, GoHighLevel, and operations. You should write clearly, think in systems, and understand that content is a business function — not a creative exercise.
